class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8bae128 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8bae128\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>An early withdrawal leads to a reduction in the pension benefits on retirement, disability or death. It is the insured person\u2019s responsibility to clarify whether the curtailed insurance benefits together with the reduced costs of home ownership are sufficient to be able to maintain an appropriate standard of living. A reduction in risk coverage in the event of disability and death can be offset through a supplementary insurance policy from an insurance company.<\/p><p>Until age 50, the amount of the available capital corresponds to the retirement assets as at 31 December of the previous year plus the vested benefit brought in during the current year. If the insured person is older than 50, they are entitled only to the benefit they had at the age of 50 as a vested benefit or half of the current vested benefit if this amount is higher.<\/p><p>Assets from the pension fund can be withdrawn in advance of retirement for the following purposes:<\/p><ul><li>To construct or acquire home ownership that the insured person themselves will live in permanently. This includes single-family homes or owner-occupied apartments, but not holiday or second homes.<\/li><li>To acquire unit certificates in a housing cooperative or similar scheme if the buyer themselves is to live in the home that they are co-financing.<\/li><li>For the repayment of mortgages on home ownership.<\/li><li>For renovations or alterations to owner-occupied residential property.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" sum.<\/li><li>An early withdrawal may be claimed every five years subject to the minimum amount of CHF 20,000.00.<\/li><li>If early withdrawals have been made for the promotion of home ownership, voluntary purchases may only be made once the early withdrawals have been repaid.<\/li><\/ul><p>We will notify the Federal Tax Administration directly of the early withdrawal.<\/p><p>Insured persons are required to repay early withdrawals to us if the home is
