The specified share is transferred to the pension or vested benefits institution of the entitled spouse. If a lifelong pension is awarded, we will pay it directly to the entitled spouse or also transfer it to their occupational benefits institution.<\/p><p>The withdrawal reduces the retirement assets of the obligated spouse by the corresponding amount.
