unpaid leave. During such leave lasting more than one month, it may be decided whether and how insurance coverage is to be maintained. An employee\u2019s unpaid leave must therefore be reported by the company before it begins. Insurance coverage remains in full as before. Both savings and risk contributions are continued unchanged. If this option is desired, no notification is required and no further action is
