Aujourd\u2019hui, nous g\u00e9rons activement un patrimoine immobilier direct d\u2019environ 1,8\u00a0milliard de francs depuis notre si\u00e8ge de Saint-Gall. Le complexe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.7ampark.ch\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00ab7 am Park\u00bb<\/a> de Winterthour LINK a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 notre portefeuille depuis l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p><p>Mais comment proc\u00e9dons-nous lorsque nous sommes int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par un immeuble? Des transactions au niveau du portefeuille telles que l\u2019\u00abEichpark\u00bb font partie de l\u2019activit\u00e9 premi\u00e8re du secteur et sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement effectu\u00e9es plusieurs fois par an. Les offres re\u00e7ues sont d\u2019abord v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es en interne, notamment en ce qui concerne les directives relatives au mandat et \u00e0 la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie. Au cours d\u2019un processus de plusieurs semaines, un contr\u00f4le diligent est effectu\u00e9 en collaboration avec des conseillers externes. Nous pr\u00e9sentons ensuite l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019investissement au comit\u00e9 d\u2019investissement dans l\u2019immobilier. Apr\u00e8s discussion et fixation du prix, nous remettons une offre ferme et ouvrons les n\u00e9gociations si elle est retenue. En p\u00e9riodes d\u2019incertitude, les investissements immobiliers contribuent \u00e0 des rendements stables en faveur de la caisse de pensions.<\/p><p>Toutefois, nous continuons de suivre nos biens immobiliers lorsqu\u2019ils sont \u00e0 l\u2019Asga. Actuellement, nous \u00e9tudions la mise en place d\u2019une installation PV \u00e0 Landquart afin de renforcer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du bien immobilier et de contribuer activement \u00e0 la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Nous testons et mettons en \u0153uvre le d\u00e9ploiement de stations de recharge (\u00e9lectromobilit\u00e9) en fonction de la
