If your employees are unable to work for an extended period of time, we ask you to report the case to us. This is important so that entitlements can be checked correctly.

Important
- Multiple periods of incapacity for work arising from the same cause within one year are counted together.
- Until a possible disability has been clarified, the contribution credit will initially be granted on the basis of daily allowance statements. The exemption from contributions will be granted for a maximum of two years without a decision by the Swiss Federal Disability Insurance.
Procedure
- Please report an incapacity for work after expiry of the waiting period (in accordance with the benefits plan) using the relevant form, and submit all daily allowance statements.
- If the conditions are satisfied and we have received all the required documents, the contributions will be credited on an ongoing basis with the next quarterly statement.
